Founder and President Raed Muslimani is a recognized leader in the field of systems integration committed to using proven technologies such as JAVA and XML to get the job done. With over 10 years of proven experience as a Technical Director, Mr. Muslimani has used his extensive technical experience to manage several multi-million dollar projects ranging from systems integration to web-based applications development. He is widely respected within the Washington area as one of the premier technical talents within the systems integration arena.
Mr. Muslimani is responsible for developing and implementing GCE's corporate strategy and products. He is a hands-on manager, eager to personally respond to any client's needs.
Recently, Mr. Muslimani was honored by the United States Coast Guard for his outstanding contribution in helping the USCG pass the Chief Financial Officers Act audit of USCG's financial records. Mr. Muslimani was named as one of the core professionals whose efforts not only allowed the USCG to achieve their long-standing goal of receiving the auditor's financial seal of approval but also in contributing to building a better and more-respected Coast Guard.
Technical Director Nancy Gunsauls is an experienced IT professional currently leading our Large Unit Financial System (LUFS) and Contract Information System (CIMS) integration projects. Ms. Gunsauls has more than 14 years of experience in the IT industry and has led many successful projects serving clients such as the United States Army and United States Coast Guard. Ms. Gunsauls has applied her talents to various software development projects ranging from configuration management software to complex budgeting systems. Ms. Gunsauls brings to GCE a strong understanding of the IT industry and its clients through her long career working for such companies as AMS, EME, HPTI, and CSC.

As Director of Business Development, Mr. Lucas provides GCE with strategic marketing and sales leadership. His extensive background includes millions of dollars in direct sales and a full range of messaging campaigns including public relations, direct mail, national print, online, television and radio. Prior to his role at GCE, Mr. Lucas was VP of Marketing and Advertising for a software development firm and was responsible for overseeing all aspects of a successful national advertising and branding campaign featuring Leonard Nimoy. As the VP of Business Development for a DC advertising agency, Mr. Lucas was the creative leader on capture programs for some of the largest Federal Contractors.
