David Lucas is our new Director of Business Development. Mr. Lucas provides GCE with strategic marketing and sales leadership. His extensive background includes millions of dollars in direct sales and a full range of messaging campaigns including public relations, direct mail, national print, online, television and radio. Prior to his role at GCE, Mr. Lucas was VP of Marketing and Advertising for a software development firm and was responsible for overseeing all aspects of a successful national advertising and branding campaign featuring Leonard Nimoy. As the VP of Business Development for a DC advertising agency, Mr. Lucas was the creative leader on capture programs for some of the largest Federal Contractors.
