What We Do - E-Government Initiatives

GCE specializes in helping the Federal Government realize its desire to integrate large-scale systems with enterprise wide business practices. GCE is highly familiar with the 24 E-Government initiatives approved by the President's Management Council and committed to helping the Federal Government improve performance and do away with redundant and overlapping agency activities. We are experts at analyzing an agency's online and traditional approaches and implementing ways to minimize redundant efforts.

We are committed to helping the Federal Government to reduce underlying redundant activities and processes, and thereby realize broad cost savings. For example, we recently completed a full integration of Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Business Partner Network with CG’s Vendor Management System (VMS) thereby reducing redundant activities between USCG's accounting systems and CCR. This innovation helped USCG to meet an important part of the Integrated Acquisition Environment (IAE) by giving the agency more efficient access to the Business Partner Network.
